G7 CORNWALL 2021 - A VIRTUAL CELEBRATION

"Summit for the Summit"
June 11th - 13th 2021 (G7 Cornwall Weekend)

The G7 Summit, comprising world leaders from the UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, USA, Japan and France are heading to Carbis Bay in Cornwall between the 11th and 13th June 2021. Cornwall will welcome the who's who of global politics as the UK also invites South Korea, Austrailia and India. These 10 countries in total represent 60% of people living in democratic countries.
This event places this amazing county on the world stage, as environmental affairs will be at the nucleus of the many topics due to be scheduled for the most powerful meeting to ever grace this part of the world.
To celebrate, we are hosting this epic new virtual event that gives you a chance to earn some commemerative Boris G7 Summit bling!
All you have to do is simply "summit" for the summit. 7 hill reps or a mile for every G7 country that include hill reps. You'll have the choice to either run 7 hill reps of any distance during a 7 mile run or 7 complete miles of hill reps!
You'll have to run your challenge over the course of the weekend of the G7 Summit itself. Your run can be done anywhere from home, within Government guidelines. You can even crank out your miles on a treadmill with a hefty incline if you wish. Maybe steps or stairs! The challenge is yours to make as unique as you wish. As long as you can Summit for the Summit, that's what counts.
You will recieve a bespoke number via email and you willl have to post up your data and a photo of yourself on your challenge on our 'Bys Vyken Virtual Community' page. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions thouroghly before taking part in the challenge.
There will be a trophy for the biggest elevation undertaken on the challlenge, so you might want to consider what challenge you wish to partake in and what hills you are wishing to climb. (Again, within Government guidelines).
